This striking enamelled tagemout (egg) pendant was most likely the central element of a fibula or necklace. It features enamelling in yellow and green that is synonymous with this region of Morocco, also silver filigree work. It has three suspended coin dangles with coins dated 1331 in the Hijri calendar corresponding with 1912 in the Gregorian calendar. Each coin has a glass bead attached. Some wear commensurate with age (see photos).
