Tuareg silver key, assrou n’swoul
An authentic Tuareg key called assrou n’swoul - literally meaning ‘the key thrown over the shoulder’. This type of key is used by many Tuareg women as a counterweight that is attached to the back of their veil to keep it in place. This one has ancient Berber Tifinagh script on the reverse. A lovely item.
